Following on from the pimp-up British design idea....What if things that were famously invented in one country had been invented in another?
For example:
What if coke had been invented in Germany
what if HP sauce had been invented in the USA
What if the boomerang had been invented in Iceland
I'm sure you can think of some better ones!
There should be infinite possibilities
