This is a question Old stuff I still know

Our Ginger Fuhrer says that he could still code up a simple game idea in Amstrad Basic, while I'm your man if you ever need to rebuild the suspension on an Austin Allegro (1750 Equipe version). This stuff doesn't leave your mind - tell us about obsolete talents you still have.

Not very old school...
But I still know how to send text messages on a 5 year old Nokia with actual keypad. This is fortunate as I have been told that my rare efforts to send text messages on touch screen smartphones make me look like a gibbon trying to hotwire a scalextric car.

Hell, I used to be able to blind text.
On autopredict, even with really long words (I'm very wordy even when texting.)

Since I got me ones of dem HTCs, texting is a living nightmare of concentration and carefully poking the screen and still getting it wrong because my fingertips are three times the size of the "buttons".

Then get some real keys!
qwerty phones rule for text and email -- to me the Blackberry still rules for text input but my old Nokia's better then hitting my thumbs on glass.

it's impossible to send sms when driving on smartphones or qwerty phones.
Haven't been able to text while driving since my Nokia N95 a few years back. I'm not saying this is a bad thing....
