Had a pleasant weekend with much sitting in the sun drinking beer. I've been looking at flats near Angel, we could be tube buddies.

Rent is a good third cheaper than Islington. It's also a bit shit but it's improving.

Think overground rather than tube, its so much better bang fir your buck.
Is there anything you wanna live near? Such as resturants, shops, pubs, pictures (etc), and what money ballpark?

I'd like shops and a pub and some where to eat within walking distance too. I've been thinking Northern line because then I also can get to Euston fairly easily for trips back up to Birmingham.
