And tipping the scales at just under 79kg. I'm guessing that is fairly healthy.

5' 11" and 13 stone-ish
good to see that's a healthy weight (just). When I looked up on the internet a few years ago it said I needed to be 11st 7 which looked fucking impossible at the time.
