I went on a cruise around the Med
My wife was seasick all the way around and I had dislocated my knee the evening of my wedding and went on crutches. I spent £400 on booze that trip as I had nothing to do except drink.

did she not know that she got seasick?
I can't think of anything worse than a cruise, they are just floating care homes

Well
She had no need too until then. She'd probably been on a boat before but not one big enough or for enough time to get seasick. I'd only been on the ferry to the Scilly Isles myself.

we had a cruise after mr b3th finished his radiotherapy.
It was excellent. I think I still have the daily newsletters somewhere. In fact, I might try to find them later and imagine I'm on holiday again.
*sigh*

I think we still have them too
Because they announced our marriage in one and got our names wrong. We got a free upgrade and free flowers and champagne too. We got loads of free bottles of Champs on honeymoon. We took them home and gave them away as presents on peoples birthdays as Champagne is rank. Why couldn't they have given me a decent single malt instead?

We played in their 'Weakest Link' game one evening during the 'entertainment'.
The final three came down to me, mr b3th, and some other woman. If he'd voted me off, there would have been consequences.
Luckily he didn't, and I walked it, and we got a bottle of bubbly which we gave to the woman we voted off.

Cheap Champagne is rank. You have to spend at least a tenner on a bottle.

I don't think I ever seen a bottle of Champagne for less that 30
Where on earth is it sold for a tenner?
