I've not done any cooking in a bout a week now, and fucking sick of japanese and mexican food.And I'm gutted that I filled the fridge on sunday and haven't used up any of it and loads of it needs to be binned... but I've just been getting home from work so late and being absolutly knackered.
But as I'm working from home today, I think I'll make a pasta bake.

I am not a good cook but trying to learn new stuff. Pasta bake is for the next few days as I have two steaks to use by tomorrow in the fridge. Need to go and get some mushrooms, broccolli and onions actually. Now the big decision is big spar or little tesco?

I like a good pasta bake, they're so easy, you don't even need to boil the pasta.A little tip, any jar of pasta sauce works, you just have to water it down a little bit. And having a top of mixed cheese and breadcrumbs and a layer of white sauce makes it PERFECT. I have a few things I plonk in there, like Very Lazy Garlic/Chili, Unami Paste, Frankfurters, if I got any jars of pepers/sundried toms/whatever, they go in too.

This one is wholemeal fuisilililil or whatever it's called, a big jar of habanero and chipotle sauce from the states, one diced tomato, chicken, garlic and a tin of sweetcorn 'cause it was there.
