Kippers, good choice.Good bacon and sausages, tomatoes, black pudding and scrambled eggs.
Eggs made in microwave, with milk, black pepper, dash of soy sauce and drop of oj. Plenty of toast, granary bread. With grapefruit juice.
Then loads of fruit. And pots and pots of Earl Grey. If you can't be arsed all with the above, Coco-Pops and juice.
