Poo nips off nice and little straining, poo sinks. All is good. I tend to think in soluble fibre and insoluble
fibre and achieve about 40g of fibre per day, I don't much hold with dogma of fresh fruit and vegetables but do with fibre sources, essential amino acids and a good balance of fats.

You love your poo, it is well documented, It is gasseous content and higher undigested fats that cause floating.
A vegetarian may have higher gas thus causing floating but that is not an indicator of having correct fibre levels in the diet.
