I watched a documentary that someone from here pointed out called "DMT: The Spirit Molecule" that was fasinating - it could really make me 'ok' with both my mortality and others.
I think McBeef up there is right, the dismissal of these drugs has held back a lot of potential, and if I was in a medical setting, I would be more than tempted to try a few.

For example, on one of the things i've got, Crohns, stuff like Weed sounds great on paper.... it gives you a good appetite* plus it's a great painkiller.

I would try it out, if backed by medical doctors, but I think it would make my head-issues worst, and I don't think I could function properly on it work-wise, where as with Opiates I can. If they can adjust it so that it doesn't effect cognative function, then I think it'd be onto a winner for me.

* I cook a lot, get a lot of take aways, am obsessed about food....but I don't actually eat that much.
