Dunno mate, it's not like they put the parking hours on clearly visible signs all around the damned place
it's not as though they don't make it as easy as possible to let you know whether you can park in a place or not. Of course there's usually some prick who thinks it doesn't apply to him, isn't there? Good to see they're getting their just desserts BROKEN BRITAIN.

Not because I believe it was the responsibility of the police to kindly point out that I should have been driving more slowly and then not issue me a ticket.

I saw the speed limit signs. I knowingly exceeded them. I did not blame it on anybody else.
