alright, jsyk, when I deal with claims management companies it's laughably easy to reject the complaint and also to get the Ombudsman to reject it.It's almost as if CMCs are staffed by a parade of thick Northern cunts who spend their minimum wage paypackets on elasticated jeans, alcopops and vests.

no, I handle complaints work and liaise with FOS, defending the firm against compensation claims as high as 150k.They don't get higher.
