This is the best pasta dish I make.

It's fairly common, I first read it in the River Cafe cook book, but it's been in a Nigella and a Jamie oliver book I think.
Worth a try though, very rich.

Depends how strong the sausages are, I think the nutmeg part of the recipe should just say "to taste"
