i have now heard back from the sun... the issue of the right click syndication message is something i still want to follow up but they were very nice and polite and have changed the animation to the correct one with my tag on... yay!

their comment on tag removal was "It was removed initally because pictures are often sent in to us with the address of a completely unrelated website attached. However, in cases where the url relates to the creator - and the linked site is of suitable content - we are always happy to include the address. Apologies for the hassle - and well done on the pic....it looks great."
