I also notice the box size seems excessive for its contents...I bought a 2-seat sofa, because of the 'efficiency' and 'ease of transport' inherent in their flat-pack system.

ha ha, I would have been more suspicious if the shop owner had handed me a matchbox sized boxwith the word SOFA printed on it.
