i've triedusing the software that comes with w2k server, WINstall LE or something. I found that it didn't work very well.
Somebody here recommended using Ghost for managing apps, i've yet to try it but it looks good

it does a few thingsIt can clone drives or partitions, but it can also be used to manage installations of OSs and apps on to lots of computers from a central console
