using the software that comes with w2k server, WINstall LE or something. I found that it didn't work very well.

Somebody here recommended using Ghost for managing apps, i've yet to try it but it looks good

It can clone drives or partitions, but it can also be used to manage installations of OSs and apps on to lots of computers from a central console
