TJ Anybody know what the process is these days for the 3 Red Lights Of Death on a 360? My trusty machine gave up the ghost last night.

I didn't know if it was such an acknowledged fault with the machine that M$ repaired them out of hand...

# there's a firm in Birmingham who fix them for free (they charge M$)
and will do an optional fan upgrade for £15

Mrs S has sent 2 to them - they are very good and quick - excellent customer service too - will get details for you

edit: cd24-7.co.uk/ - recommended Xbox fixer A++++++++would sent broken consoles to them again
