I can honestly say, I don't think I've ever seen anything like it.

Attacking Blair and Brown is fair enough since they were PM. You're meant to question their judgement.
THIS is just a plain and simple, good old fashioned hatchet job.

Why not put this effort into smearing UKIP or BNP, or even, the Mail's least faves, the Greens?

Following a week of smears it's now "ah, showing your true colours now", "he's the worst of ALL of them".

It just proves that people get their political views from the media, rather than what they actually find out for themselves.
