As I just explained to someone in a gaz, I had a total nightmare extracting that vidFirstly I used the firefox 'Fast Video Download' add-on to save it on my HD as an FLV.
Then for some reason it was the wrong encoding, so I had to use something called AllToAVI to get it into Mpeg4 format.
Then I used 'Riva FLV Encoder' to get it back to a type of FLV I could use...
... and then I used something called 'SWF & FLV Toolbox' from Eltima Software to convert it to an animated GIF...
... which I then messed about with in Macromedia Fireworks (!)
There is probably an easier way to do it.
