There is a thief called Tim Stewart in the world.but you maybe talking about Tim Stewart who is a plagarist. I've not met Tim Stewart the plagarist or Tim Stewart the thief So I cannot comment.
I just dont know if putting your copyright mark on a picture you didn't make would make Tim Stewart a thief or make Tim Stewart a plagarist.

No I wouldn't call him either, incase there is a legal result for calling tim stewart a plagarist or calling tim stewart a theif.I'm sure it's perfectly legal to take an image you found, put a copyright of yourself on it and then sell it.
