tathe monochrome ones normally only take about 30 minutes, but the colour ones take a lot longer - think this one took about 3 hours. Most of the time is waiting though.
The finished articles look pretty decent though. The following is one that somebody got framed up at full size (59cm high)

fucking hell i just looked at the london calling onei'm so tempted to abuse university printing rights and get that one printed out at poster size.

If you want a really hi-res versionlet me know and I'll recreate it at higher res. I think the early ones were designed for A3/A2 at best so I've been doing recent ones at A1 size :)

actually i may get back to you ont hatit may be in a couple of months when i've got access to a good enough printer, but i may very well get back to you on that. (that or put it up on lulu or something like that.)
