Edit: And the fella who blamed hospitals for extortionate car parking charges! The hospital don't set those charges, the parking company (NCP, APOCA) set them. The hospital is charged by the parking company to park on their own land! About £200 per person per year! Which is then taken out of the wages of the staff member.
