you can't link to it using img tags - that's HTML's limitation, not the board.

use preview for such tests, or jack a thread if you must make an actual posting...

you'll get the hang of it eventually, and hopefully the process will make you a fluffier person.

You'll have to edit your post

so the img src tag points directly to the file name of the pic you're trying to post. ALso, if you're just testing, it might be a bit more convenient to post your tests as a reply to something from a week ago in the archives

[edit] Applets and the like can't be posted on the board. Try saving it as a gif, if that's possible
