# Ah, never mind, I think I've got it
I was wrong about starting with the pixelly bits.
Just start with 50% grey noise, overlay a very faint gradient, pixellate the lot, gaussian blur 8px then whack the contrast up to full. I think the corrupty bits are just down to PSP's crap blurring :D
