Not sure if that is possiblebut whenever I need to do something like that I use camtasia Does exactly what it says on the tin, it records your pc screen perfectly. I use it to record all those hot German teens stripping live for me......

we've used camtasia to make the files.Is it possible to use camtasia to save in different formats (Ive been given these files for post production development, and am not happy with the format.)?

Well what I dois save all my video with no compression and then use Windows Media Encoder to convert into WMA. I think the formats are changing so fast that they decided to let you decideon what you want to do.
