# Hi Everybody!
apologies for threadwastage, but I need the boards expertise.

I have a bunch of files in flash/mx format. Due to the fact I would like a control panel on them, so I can rewind and forward wind, can anyone tell me how to convert these into windows media format?

# Not sure if that is possible
but whenever I need to do something like that I use camtasia Does exactly what it says on the tin, it records your pc screen perfectly. I use it to record all those hot German teens stripping live for me......

Oh too much info. OOh how about Swish

# we've used camtasia to make the files.
Is it possible to use camtasia to save in different formats (Ive been given these files for post production development, and am not happy with the format.)?

# Well what I do
is save all my video with no compression and then use Windows Media Encoder to convert into WMA. I think the formats are changing so fast that they decided to let you decideon what you want to do.

# threadjack before you threadwaste
If you get flashMX you can export to avi etc.
Don't use wmf, it stinks.

# unfortunately these files are for a global audience
of potentially 10 000 users, so I need to have a pretty generic format that can be easily used in countries like venezuala or borneo if necessary, so in the circumstances, you have to suck microsoft cock.
