Those people that take 'passenger surveys' then get annoyed when I refuse to let them scan my oyster, yes.
Whoever is in charge who decides to shorten the damn bus route while I'm on it then expects me to pay again to complete my journey, yes.
But rarely drivers - I've probably encountered about 2 or 3 dicks driving buses since I've been in London, pretty good in six years.

I've never had it on my bus, but I know a few drivers who have stouted back at people doing surveys or leafletting on buses and told them if they continue to disturb passengers they will be asked to leave the bus.
Some bus drivers can be dicks - we know the ones who seem to get their kicks by being arseholes over passes and such most of the time they can overlook these little details.
