That's right, it's all within Photoshop now.Window > Animation to get the animation strip up. It's the same as ImageReady's.
When you're in the 'Save For Web' screen, make sure you've got the 'Optimized' view selected to get the opmtimization tools to show up on the right. Once they do, they should be pretty much identical to the ImageReady tools.
