When I was looking for a netbook I went to PC world
Went round their displays checking keyboards and stuff. Then went and bought one online from another, cheaper company.

Good Job!
They would have tried to sell you a printer, external hdd, office 2010, Norton 360 and an extended fuck all warranty that is invalid as soon as you leave the shop. Bunch of cunts I tell ya.

yup
bought a laptop there once, many years ago. Was in for repairs more often than I had it at home. The "repair desk" was staffed by a 70-odd year old who couldn't afford to retire and a 16 year old spotty know-nothing. Disasterous.
