If you want to say "Romans, go home!" you're doing it fairly ass-backwards. I don't know if you're just channeling Monty Python here (in which case I apologize), but here's an actual translation for you.

Romani domum ite!

(Romani = nominative plural, domum = accusative indicating motion toward, ite = plural imperative of the verb eo, ire, ii, itum: to go)

If you want to emphasize that the Romans need to go BACK home, you'd just change the verb to "redite". That's from redeo, redire, redii, reditum: to return.
