So yes, they consented.
In one of the two cases, either his condom broke and/or was removed.
At this point, the lass in question did not want to continue, but he did anyway.
Did she protest? or did she just shrug her shoulders and carry on?
She may have consented at first, but she withdrew her consent.
Imagine the scenario:
'Let's have sex.'
'Ok, but I'm going to fark you in the ass too.'
'No!'
'But you consented....'
Rape, not rape? In my book, that's a tad bit rapey.

However, I've not read anything that indicates that either of the women withdrew their consent during sex. Woman A was annoyed about the condom breaking, and accused him of breaking it deliberately. Both women are annoyed by his refusal to have a sexual helath screening, ie let them know if he has any STIs.

Another is that he had unprotected sex with another woman, Miss W, while she was asleep. source
You cannot consent if you are asleep. Rape.
One woman said that Mr. Assange had ignored her appeals to stop after a condom broke. source
It's unclear from the source if the story has completely changed or exactly what happened. But, condom breaks, "oh no stop," consent withdrawn, rape.
