Aside from the smugness, I feel this to be a very poorly judged campaign. What the hell does it matter to me if my coffee is made by a real 'Barista' or not. I don't even know what qualifies anyone to be a 'Barista'. I don't really care about anything other than that I get a nice cup of coffee at the end of things.
