# If you're on Mac OS, the one that always comes up on searches is Wondershare.
However, far better in my opinion and worth a look is something called MPEG Streamclip. Grab your .flv's out of Safari by double-clicking their entry in the Activity window, then you can batch-process whole directories worth through Streamclip and set an output preference for them all - either audio-only .mp4, then get iTunes to do the final stage, or put them straight to .mp3. I haven't done enough to be able to judge which gives better results. Windows on the other hand is something of a strange beast to me I'm afraid :)

Should also say, the main advntage with this program is that you don't have to pay for it! Wondershare truncates your .mp3 files to 3 minutes unless you buy the full version for about £40, but Streamclip has no such limitations.
