
However, far better in my opinion and worth a look is something called MPEG Streamclip. Grab your .flv's out of Safari by double-clicking their entry in the Activity window, then you can batch-process whole directories worth through Streamclip and set an output preference for them all - either audio-only .mp4, then get iTunes to do the final stage, or put them straight to .mp3. I haven't done enough to be able to judge which gives better results. Windows on the other hand is something of a strange beast to me I'm afraid :)
