6:00 get out of bed
6:10 shower and wank
6:40 go to work
7:20 arrive at work
7:30 Start work after a quick smoke
7:30 - 4:00 piss about on facebook and b3ta
4:00 finish work
4:45 get home and go for a poo and a quick wank
5:20 finish poo and go for food and spend time with the kids
7:00 take the kids to bed then watch the one show
