i've been taking vitamin and mineral supplements for almost 3 years
i've not had a cold since i started taking them.

but a lot of so-called "healthy" foods are impossible for me to eat now, so the supplements are a must.

I used to spend quite a bit a on various supplements, including super duper omega 3,6,9 oils.
Didn't feel any different, or notice any change whatsoever.I do eat healthy anyway so I guess I don't need them.

i get mine on prescription
calcium, iron and a multivitamin twice a day for life, with a b12 jab every 3 months. i'm monitored by my doctor, but the only thing that ever gets low now is my potassium level. the drink they give you for that is fucking rancid!
