Of course I'm being sarcastic - I love BLTsas for Tofu I've never ventured to try it but my brain immediately tells me as I've tasted soya milk before then Tofu isn't going to be a pleasant experience.

Tofuis ok as a 'carrier' of flavour. I had a nice sweet and sour tofu once, but it was the sauce, not the tofu that made it.
