i spent some time working on the lens correction to straighten etc, but totally forgot about the free transform tools - having a senior moment :D

Yep a little trick learnt a few years back
drag out a crop selection and on the option bar is a checkbox for Perspective which allows you to adjust the corners of the selection - simples!

What's more is that you can set the dimensions on the Options bar of the final crop
somewhat like a context aware scale - limitless possibilities especially for scaling images to fit for website design for example.

my father in law gave me a photography book for my b'day the other week
i don't have a camera!
2/3rds of it though cover photoshop tools though and it's written in simple terms so i'll be going through that soon. most of what i know i've just learned through messing around and with youtube vids
