Naaaah.Despite being something of a Marxist, I'm remarkably indifferent about republicanism. I'm not sure I'd trust anyone who wanted to be head of state.
EDIT (10:39): Having said that, the extended royal family can fuck right off. I've just seen a range of Earls and Countesses turn up and get saluted for no good reason. That's rather annoying.
