Maybe there should be voting buttons'Relevant' 'Irrelevant', the more irrelevant is clicked, the more the compo icon fades until it just becomes a standard post.

I like this suggestion although I think you should employ an AV voting systemRelevant = 1 and Irrelevant = 2 and the winner is the one who gets over 50% of the vote ;)
