HmmIt's fair to say that there were shit campaigns on both sides and likely as not there would have those who hadn't read up on the issues, but there will have those that had and still understandably voted no. There will have been those who did wanted more stronger reform and voted no. It wasn't a great system on offer, debateable whether it was better, even though I did vote for it, I hasten to add. Anyway there's still time for change, hopefully.
