In fact, the reason the superinjunction was granted in the first place was because the so-called evidence was flimsy at best, and there was a strong suggestion he'd been set up and blackmailed.

The idea of a superinjunction is that it prevents people damaging others' reputations by making spurious claims with no basis in truth.

It has often worked in the past, but in this case XXXX has completely misjudged things/got unlucky.
