yes, I do know someone, and he has been living in my body for 35 yearsA very good friend is quitting this week, so that and this both provide me with an ideal time to quit

I'v smoked for over 30 years.. I chain smoke very strong rolling tobacco....The spray doesn't take away the habbit of wanting a cigeret after a meal ect....
But it does give you a great hit and instant reward, just like smoking..
If you take the spray correctly and offten, what it does do is give you that feeling like when you smoke three cigerets after each other really quickly, and you just couldn't face another one for another 20 or 30 minutes if you get what I mean...
