Both she and deputy editor at the time Andy Coulson are completely innocent of any wrongdoing whatsoever (despite the fact that he's resigned twice for it already) and should be applauded for their valiant efforts to keep such terrible malpractice out of the newsrooms.

seriously ?either she knew exactly what was going on and turned a blind eye to it all
or was too incompetant or ignorant to enquire as to where her reporters were getting all the relevations that were being published in a newspaper she was editor of
so either way she has some serious explaining to do
