# I won a copy of the first game as a Steam download when the 2nd one came out
but it turns out my video card is one step too low on my Mac Pro tower.

The fucking thing is good enough to handle professional editing & graphics software, but it can't run goddamn Portal or TF2, even.

# I have the same problem with my Mac.
Shit-hot at design software but useless for gaming. Minecraft's alright though... mostly.

# When I got my (now ancient) laptop I went to MacExpo a few months later and picked up Giants: Citizen Kabuto and No One Lives Forever for about a fiver each ... still quality games :)

# The game library, unfortunately, isn't as big for the Mac.
But the games they have aren't bad at all; I saw CoD4 in the Apple shop once.

I tend to stick to emulators, for the Mega Drive etc. They work really well on Macs :D

# This is very true
I have an array of Sonic titles that I pop into Genesis Plus on a weekly basis :D
Also SMS Plus gets a regular airing ... I'm intending to buy a new turbo computer at some stage soon, hopefully it'll then be up to running Kega Fusion and I can play Knuckles Chaotix and Sonic CD too, fingers crossed

# I've had Sonic CD on here for a while now.
It works pretty well indeed. I'd get more SNES ROMs if I had a decent controller. It's fiddly as hell with a keyboard.

# It was ages ago that I set them up
but Emulator Enhancer and Gamepad Companion both (either, or working together, can't remember it was so many years ago I set them up) allow you to use a USB joypad - I use my 360 controller for games that need it - although strangely enough I prefer the keyboard for a lot of them!
Anything you'd recommend on the SNES front? I've only tried the Marios and Starfox so far ... well, and Putty Squad, but I loved the original of that title back on the Amiga anyway.

# 360 controllers work on Macs? o.o
This is news to me. I shall have to look into that. As for the SNES, I would recommend games like Super Metroid without a shadow of a doubt. Also, the Donkey Kong Country games are worth a go too, with the 2nd being my favourite.

# The USB ones do anyway, probably not the wireless.
Cheers for that, I shall do some investigating :)

# Just found a driver for the USB 360 controller (which I have)
I'll give it a quick go now ^^ cheers for that. And no problem!

EDIT: Works perfectly on Kega Fusion :D
