I'v just looked at 7 different keyboards I have lying around.And they all say (Caps Lock) on them. and I'm not in the US.
I have always wondered what the shift key is when I hear people mention it, now I know...!

A far as I am aware...Caps Lock only does letters and Shift Lock includes the other keys.
