Yeh except chavs CHOOSE to be uneducated and poor and on benefits and in a council house, that way they pay for nothing, get everything for free and can cry victim at every criticism of them spending all day on drugs blasting music out their window.
If they wanted to they could go to school, read books, get a job, go to college and make something of themselves, but they don't want to, because their way is easier and more fun.
This is NOT the working class being a victim of circumstance, this is a lifestyle choice by SOME of the lower classes that means you have nothing to lose and can do whatever you like with no possible consequences as you have nothing anyone can take off you and others will pay for it and pick up the pieces, we have a minimum amount of social care in this country that includes enough money to live on and a house to live in, free health care and clothing etc and you cannot fall any lower than that, and these people abuse that fact.
They are not underprivileged, they are OVER privileged and have no appreciation of what a great country this is to provide that or where the money and things they get for free come from, they just want more cool stuff like other people have.
They are anti-social feral scum outside of all normal social rules as we understand them, we've been breeding them on council estates for decades and now they feel their numbers are great enough to take over and do what they like outside of their estates.
