Its a special PShop add-onbut weirdly, or perhaps not, no colour matching from head to neck was needed. I know its not perfect but for a group made up of 4 black lads with a superimposed head of a Bristolian added, it looks not far off.
*edit* yeah, hands look a bit shit though....
