It's a nice thought but with most comedians it's more a code of honourthe Fuhrer was always getting grief from comedians because people come home from a night out and upload the best jokes to sickipedia without credit though

The trouble is that a lot of gags are common sense.So it is very likely that several comedians will come up with the same jokes completely independantly.
Although I will swear blind that I wrote "What do you get if you pour boiling water down a rabbit hole? Hot Cross Bunnies" when I was 8 years old
