Of course in George Lucas' universe, you can drive at night when it's snowing, then 15 years later you can go back and change it so that you were driving on a lovely sunny day.

So in George Lucasas world........ they is no need to spend loads of money dusting your crops before they fail...You can just wait to see if they do fail, if they don't fail you've saved loads of money, but if they do fail, you can just go back in time and pay for them to be dusted, thuse only having to pay for dusting when it needed to be dusted with dust, thuse maximising your profit on your crops and saving dust as well
