fair play to themthey seem to have encapsulated this wierd 'pony / unicorn' internet fad that is going around.

I have to say, it looks like the kind of thing people other than the target audience would like.But that doesn't help in understanding why it got so popular. I tried watching an episode and I can't see how it appeals to anyone else other than little girls.
